                              The Permit Application process within ePermits has a new look.

With an ePermits account, Residential, Commercial, and Homeowner permit applications will be accepted online.  

If you do not have an ePermits account, our Inspections staff can assist you in establishing one.  Please call (919) 552-1433 to get started!

Once logged in, Look for the NEW LINK on the Request Permit tab for a more streamlined and updated process for All Permits.

Activate Account - Contractors who are already registered with the city may activate their account online.

Forgot Username - If you have already activated your account but have forgotten your username, simply click here to retrieve it.
